Hugo Portillo finished his secondary studies with Honors at the Paraguayan Institute of Telecommunications with a specialty in Electronics, he has a degree in Business Administration, graduated from the National University of Asunción. It has several courses taken within the country and abroad.
After several years of working in his profession, he saw the need to inform citizens from a more objective and impartial point of view, so he decided to launch into journalism. Activity that is not alien to him, since he carried it out in his youth, writing articles in the magazine Coyuntura Económica of the Paraguayan Center for Sociological Studies.
A member of FOPEP, Hugo Portillo was the host of Analysis 3rd Edition, Radio Chaco Boreal, 1330 am and creator of the program Article 26.
