- FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND PRESSFree expression and freedom of the press are guaranteed, as well as the dissemination of thought and opinion, without any censorship, without more limitations than those provided in this Constitution; consequently, no law will be enacted to make them impossible or restrict them. There will be no press crimes, but common crimes committed through the press.
Everyone has the right to generate, process or disseminate information, as well as the use of any lawful and suitable instrument for such purposes.

Our country is in a context of great changes at the socio-political level, in which information management plays a fundamental role, since it needs to be managed in a coherent, truthful and impartial manner. Talk about the actions of who governs us, from the language of who was responsible for putting them there: the people.
Currently, the appearance of fake news (false news), half truth or false with marked interests is recurring. In this situation, the proposal for the Article 26 program appears. A program that proposes creating a space in which freedom of expression prevails, as indicated in the article of the National Constitution that guarantees it.
From an objective and critical perspective, through guests, we will seek to put on the table of debate issues of relevance to our country: public policies, macro and micro economy, current events.
